1. First of all, pay attention to the existence of foreign matter in the seal of the rotary joint, which will increase the degree of wear of the seal.
2. When the installed joint contains an inspection hole, the outlet of the inspection hole must face down. When a medium leakage occurs at the inspection hole, the joint must be replaced in time.
3. When installing the threaded rotary joint, first find out the direction of the thread, generally speaking, check whether it is left-handed or right-handed. Slowly apply force during rotating installation to prevent slippage of the rotating joint caused by excessive force.
4. When assembling with fluid pipelines, metal hoses should be used as much as possible for connection, and steel pipes should not be used for connection. When the pipeline and the rotary joint are not at the same horizontal line, a hose connection is required. The medium will vibrate during transmission. If a steel pipe is used for connection, the rotary joint will be damaged. The use of a metal hose can reduce the impact of vibration. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to place heavy objects on the rotary joint during installation to avoid damage.
5. When the rotary joint is in use, it is necessary to regularly fill the internal precision parts with lubricating oil. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum temperature limit, pressure strength and maximum speed of the joint when using it.
6. When the rotary joint is out of use, please disassemble the joint for wiping and maintenance to avoid rust. When a problem occurs, it must be repaired and replaced in time.
